While the gears drive and seal the material, the upper and lower rollerscompress the 2 layers of cohesive material around the product. This suspends and protects the product in the middle of the package.

Smart-sensing technology on the system scans an item’s shape and size to deliver the correct amount of packaging material from the two supply rolls of cohesive material.
This material forms a protective package around the product as our proven Cold Seal® process seals the edges, locking your product in place for a tight and secure fit.
Package emerges in seconds, perfectly centered, secured and ready to ship.
Requires 115 volts and 15 amps of electricity and compressed air, 100 pounds per square inch.
