The SpeedyPacker process is Simple, Fast, and Efficient. The SpeedyPacker system uses the minimum amount of foam required to protect your products, can deliver up to 21 Instapak foam-filled bags per minute, and requires minimal installation space.

Foam-in-Bag: Foam-filled bags in a variety of sizes are placed where needed for void fill, cushioning or blocking and bracing.

	1. At the touch of a button, the operator selects the proper bag length and amount of Instapak foam required.		2. The operator places the foam-filled bag into the carton and nestles the product onto the expanding cushion.
	3. A second foam-filled bag is placed on top of the product and the carton flaps are closed.		4. The foam-filled bag expands around the product and against the carton to form a top cushion.
